This a unique question as raw A2A2 milk does not go bad, it just changes! However, you can monitor your milk based on the smell and how it is stored.
Milk stored in the back of the refrigerator is likely to last anywhere from 10 to 14 days from the date it's bottled.
You can also assess the milk based on the smell. If your milk starts to have a more "sour" scent, it usually means it's going to start changing to clabber. This does not mean it is not drinkable. On the contrary, the good bacteria in the milk will allow it to become more digestible.
Read here for more details on sour milk benefits.
The milk in our home usually doesn't make it to 14 days anyways!

Absolutely! We have a few families that come and pick their planned milk once a month (with advanced notice) and take it home to freeze and thaw when they need to.
How to freeze:
If using our glass jars, please take out 1 cup of milk (minimum) per jar before sealing with the lid and freezing. Doing this allows for water molecules in the milk to expand without putting too much pressure on the glass. Preferably below the neck of any jar or bottle.
When thawing, please take out the jar of milk a minimum of 24 hours before intended use to thaw in the refrigerator. (do not thaw on the counter at room temp unless you plan to clabber your milk).
Once milk is moveable within the jar, take the jar out and shake it to allow the cream that settles to the top with possible ice crystals to mix back into the milk for pouring.
Use your milk as you intend!

Our girls receive a nutritionist based diet consisting of our own farmed haylage, silage, tailored supplemental mix, and a minimal amount of ground corn that they consumer for energy. Our girls do not consume any soy products and do enjoy mostly daily trips to the pasture, which you can see from the photos on our main page.
Feed type descriptions:
Haylage - hay (grass) that has been mostly dried and chopped and placed into a bunker-type location on the farm that allows the fermentation process to occur which decreases the pH, allows for the preservation of the feed and prevents spoiling or mold and toxin growth.
Silage - corn, stalks and all are chopped while wet, not dried or ground up and placed into another bunker-type location on the farm for fermenting. This process essentially “pickle” the feed to allow for use later, especially in the winter when feed is scarce.
Supplement mix -
Distillers - used for over 100 years to help with the production of milk
Lime - a common form of calcium for the cows
Minerals - various minerals that the soils may no longer provide
Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) - prevention of acidosis
Urea - helps provide the cows with added protein that may not be available in current feed or field grazing
Micotoxin Binder - to help with processing the potential exposure and consumption of feed toxins that may exist
Yeast - acts as a probiotic, helps with milk production, improves feed digestion and improves their overall health
Vitamin E - necessary for biological systems to function (nervous system, reproductive system, muscular system, etc.)
Salt - needed to create milk, gain proper weight and maintain electrolyte balance
Magnesium Oxide - critical macronutrient that is absorbed in their rumen. This is especially important during pregnancy and lactation
Molasses - used for energy and rumen microbial growth as well as helping to digest the fiber the cows consume
Corn - dried corn that harvested directly from our farm that is ground and distributed to our cows in small amounts daily for energy, weight management and maintain milk production.
